RESERVE A TABLE
*There will be reserved seating for Tables of Ten (with signage)*
If you would like to reserve a table of ten for the AWW, please have all ten guests register first for the conference. Then, send an email to Sherridon Dobbs (email@example.com) and let us know who will be assigned to the reserved table at least two weeks prior to the event. We will have signage for you to recognize the location. You must have a name for your table included within the email. (Example: Friends of Margaret Head). As in the past, there will be open seating for those who do not wish to have a table of ten.

Fundraising by Silent Auction
Your gift is important to our event. The silent auction enables us to provide a scholarship for several sisters who otherwise would not be able to attend. We also use the auction monies to defray various event expenses which benefit all attendees.
To Contribute: We appreciate anything you choose to donate such as gently used items and especially handcrafted items.
Need Help? "What do I contribute?!" If you desire to donate an item for auction but have no idea what to choose, you may simply email your desire to Janet Hicks at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will give you suggestions and even send you a reminder in August! Please notify Janet with all donations by October 1st. Then, you may bring the item directly to the event.
